Project Goal

The goal is to create a functional lower-level kitchenette for Susan within the existing 10-foot wall run. This provides dedicated food storage, cooking, sink, prep space, and cabinet storage without the cost of a fully custom kitchen.

Ruben Rojo, Crystal’s recommended contractor, has been contacted for review. The next step is to have him confirm the space, installation needs, any code or clearance concerns, and whether there are better material or appliance sourcing options before final ordering.
